Desoxyn Addiction and Abuse

What is Desoxyn?
Desoxyn, methamphetamine hydrochloride, is used for treating attention deficit disorders with hyperactivity in children (ADHD). It is also used on a short-term basis in combination with other treatments to treat obesity.
Desoxyn may also be used for other conditions as determined by a physician.
Desoxyn is a central nervous system stimulant. The exact way it works is unknown.
It controls the release of certain chemicals in the brain that effect mood, behavior and appetite.
What are the effects of Desoxyn?
When the body is stressed or under threat, the central nervous system prepares us for the physical action by creating particular changes.
Methamphetamine prompts the brain to initiate the fight-or-flight response.
These changes include: the release of adrenaline and other stress hormones, increased heart rate and blood pressure, and redirected blood flow into the muscles and away from the gut.
In small doses, methamphetamine such as the methamphetamine hydrochloride found in Desoxyn can banish tiredness and make the user feel alert and refreshed.
What is Desoxyn addition and abuse?
Desoxyn is abused for its stimulant and euphoric effects.
